What makes RUN PRIMAL different from other run sessions?

We use a combination of running and natural movement, crawling, climbing, jumping, throwing, carrying and balancing all movements that primal man would have had to do in his daily life just to survive, many of which we have forgotten how to do.

We use our natural surrounding to elaborate on these movements helping create a fit, healthy and versatile body. Not only that but its a lot of FUN something many people are missing in their usual exercise regimes.
